Refund policy

We hope that you LOVE all your purchases from Hope E Boutique.  However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a purchase. 

We have a 14-day policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or a store credit.  After the 14 days, items are not eligible. (extended holiday return policy information below in red)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. This includes make-up, stains, deodorant, perfume, etc.  You’ll also need the packing slip, receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hopeeboutique@gmail.com.  Please include order number and name in the email. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  You can ALWAYS contact us for any return questions at hopeeboutique@gmail.com.

**EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY -- Our return policy time frames are extended for purchases made between November 1, 2025 and December 25, 2025.  Purchases made after December 25, 2025 will follow our normal return policy.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!!!

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on SALE items or GIFT CARDS.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  You may email us at hopeeboutique@gmail.com to reserve a size for your exchange.

 

Store Credit

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. When approved, you’ll be automatically issued a store credit.
